It was an honour to meet James Cleverly the man behind the “International Women and Girls Strategy”.
As someone who has personally experienced the challenges of fighting for her own education after being forced into marriage, Shazna cannot help but feel an immense sense of pride for the incredible efforts being made to foster global partnerships that prioritise girls' education and combat the prevalence of early marriages.
It is truly remarkable that he chose to launch it in Bo, Sierra Leone, a place that holds a special significance for him as it is his mother's hometown.
